KRISTA MILLAY

Director of Fellowships

 

DR. KRISTA MILLAY is Director of Fellowships at The OpEd Project, where she oversees and stewards the Public Voices Fellowship portfolio, and is entrusted with the goals of sustainable growth, as well as meaningful individual and social impact. Krista brings with her a career-long commitment to representation, equity, and access, in addition to her proven social responsibility lens. She has held both teaching and administrative roles at five universities, and leadership roles for research, advocacy, and strategy within the non-profit sector. Krista completed her Doctor of Theology in Philosophy, Theology and Ethics from Boston University. She is a proud alum of the Tucson Public Voices Fellowship, and has been widely published in online outlets such as The Conversation, Ms. Magazine, and HuffPost. Krista joined The OpEd Project team to help advance the diversity and impact of underrepresented voices on both a national and global stage, to create a more sustainable, just, and equitable future for all.
