COURTNEY BENTLEY is The OpEd Project's Business & Partnerships Lead. She brings 15+ years of experience in community engagement, program development, and cross-sector collaboration, with a background rooted in human-centered design and social innovation. Courtney cut her teeth at The OpEd Project from 2012-2017, serving as Chief of Staff and Director of Partnerships. Since then, she's spent time at The Obama Foundation, Root Insurance, Endeavor, and NationSwell, where she focused on elevating leaders across tech, philanthropy, and corporate ecosystems.

Courtney rejoined The OpEd Project team because of the profound and urgent need in our cultural and political moment to uplift the best ideas from the brightest voices. Courtney is based in Columbus, OH and loves spending time with her wife, family, and friends, watching the WNBA, bike-riding, painting, and tinkering with 4-5 novel ideas. She's currently obsessed with the TV show, Pluribus, and would love to talk with you about it.
