ANJELICA FRAGA

SENIOR Manager, COmmunity Experience

ANJELICA FRAGA is the Senior Manager, Community Experience at The OpEd Project. In addition to their work at OEP, Anjelica’s passion for community organizing and social justice has called her to serve in leadership roles for OUTreach Deton, Denton Bail Fund, and the Texas Equal Access Fund. They are an advocate for queer and trans rights, abortion access, and the abolition of the predatory money bail system. 

Prior to joining The OpEd Project, Anjelica worked at Texas Woman’s University, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts. They are a first-generation college graduate and the child of a single teen mom.

In their free time, Anjelica enjoys nature walks, attending shows, and spending time with their chosen family. They currently live in the North Texas area with their partner and a herd of pets.
