Level 2 full-day program for OpEd Project alums*.
This one-day program is based on time-tested transformational models of learning, and builds on themes of expertise and influence explored in our core program. We explore how we can connect the dots between disparate ideas, fields, geographies, and time periods. We play cross-pollination games and explore the source of truly innovative thinking (where do good ideas come from?). We play games around timing and timeliness designed to stir creative thinking and discover unlikely, yet authentic, connections across people, time and space. Time permitting, we may explore multi-media adaptations of these themes. We may also include time to review and discuss your drafts and ideas, and a “pitch blitz,” where participants try pitching our team, allowing us to explore in real time strategies for making people believe your good ideas are worth investing in.
*When registering, please type in the month and year in which you completed the full-day OpEd Project program, "Write to Change the World"(Level 1) in the "Notes" field on the final page of the form.
